Project Description

The home building plans on this beautiful home revolved around the spectacular views. Located in the Canyon Rim Ranch Conservation Ranch Community, this cozy mountain home offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with in-floor heating and stained concrete floors. We have customized the bathrooms with a gorgeous tile shower and for your listening enjoyment we’ve added a built in sound system throughout the house. The large great room has a vaulted ceiling with an abundance of windows to let the natural sunlight come in. Come rain or shine you will always be able to grill on the 2 wrap around covered tiger wood decks. The custom home construction on this home was low impact.
