Project Description
This remarkable home consists of two buildings.

The main residence is a 2500 sq. ft. glu-lam timber structure. This spacious main residence has 1 bedroom and 1 ½ baths. You can enjoy a breathtaking view from the front of the house which is 75% commercial windows. The roof is constructed from glu-lam beams with rough sawn purlins and ping tongue and groove decking. The fireplace and entry are made of dry stack rainbow slate.

The next building is every child’s dream house. The Children’s Bunkhouse is a three level building with a 6-degree slope on the exterior walls. Invite the all friends over, there are 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. Just like a medieval castle, the exterior stone of the bunkhouse is a moss rock that runs up to the top of the parapet cap. Let the kid inside you come out and go to the top of the castle tower to see the exquisite 360 degree view of the Black Hills, near Keystone and Mount Rushmore. This is a one in a lifetime house!
